- Give Where You Live– Thrift Culture began in Bellevue 80 years ago and is still supported by an incredible community of local volunteers, shoppers and staff. The shelves and racks are filled thanks to generous donations from our neighbors and proceeds benefit Bellevue LifeSpring programs, providing food, clothing, education and emergency assistance to Bellevue children and their families living in poverty. You can “give where you live” by shopping, donating or volunteering at Thrift Culture!
