Family Workshops

We partner with local organizations and businesses to host life-skill workshops for families at our Bellevue Family Hubs. The workshops are offered in person and virtually and are free for families to attend. Childcare is also provided for parents while they attend the in-person sessions.

Past workshops have included Navigating the Healthcare System, Money Management Basics, Everything You Need to Know for Your Child’s Transition to Middle or High School, and more.

Health and Nutrition: Real Changes for You and Your Family

Join us for a new workshop presented by Overlake Medical Center & Clinics. This workshop is designed to help your family build healthier eating habits in a simple and realistic way. You will learn the basics of good nutrition and how to choose healthier foods on a budget. This workshop is free to attend and open to all Bellevue families.
