Registration is now open for the 2026 Clothes-4-Kids™ program.

The Bellevue LifeSpring Clothes-4-Kids program provides eligible families with a $150 gift card per child to shop at Old Navy for new back-to-school clothing.

Our goal is to help Bellevue students feel confident and ready to learn on the first day of school and throughout the year.

Spots are limited. Register early to secure your child’s gift card.

How it works:

STEP ONE: Are you eligible?

If you meet the requirements listed below, you may be eligible for a Clothes-4-Kids gift card.

• You live within the Bellevue School District (BSD) boundaries, or your children are enrolled in a BSD school (grades K–12).
• You are willing to complete a short set of household demographic questions.
• You meet the income eligibility requirements based on your household size. Your total gross household income needs to be at or below 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for the Seattle/Bellevue HUD Metro Area to be eligible. Please refer to the chart below.

STEP TWO: Choose the type of gift card you would like below, then use the blue buttons to make an appointment. If you need help scheduling an appointment, please call 425-451-1175 or email [email protected].

OPTION ONE: Receive a digital Old Navy gift card by email in July.

• Click the button below and select a date and time in July to receive your gift card.
• After you register for a date and time, we will call you to verify information. You must answer a follow-up phone call to receive the gift card.

OPTION TWO: Pick up a physical Old Navy gift card in person in August at the Bellevue Family Hub at Sherwood Forest Elementary School.

PASO UNO: ¿Eres elegible?

Si cumples con los requisitos detallados a continuación, podrías ser elegible para recibir una tarjeta de regalo de Clothes-4-Kids.

• Vives dentro de los límites del Distrito Escolar de Bellevue (BSD, por sus siglas en inglés) o tus hijos están inscritos en una escuela del BSD (grados K–12).
• Estás dispuesto(a) a responder un breve conjunto de preguntas demográficas sobre el hogar.
• Cumples con los requisitos de elegibilidad de ingresos según el tamaño de tu hogar.

PASO DOS: Elige el tipo de tarjeta de regalo que deseas a continuación, luego usa los botones azules para programar una cita. Si necesitas ayuda para programar una cita, por favor llama al 425-451-1175 o envía un correo electrónico a [email protected].

OPCIÓN UNO: Recibir una tarjeta de regalo digital de Old Navy por correo electrónico en julio.

• Haz clic en el botón de abajo y selecciona una fecha y hora en julio para recibir tu tarjeta de regalo.
• Después de registrarte para una fecha y hora, te llamaremos para verificar la información. Debes responder a la llamada telefónica de seguimiento para recibir la tarjeta de regalo.
