Avenue Bellevue Joins the Fight Against Poverty in Bellevue

Local real estate developer and philanthropic leader Andy Lakha, owner and developer of Avenue Bellevue, is a Local Legend partner in our Give Where You Live campaign. They have invested $25,000 to do their part in ensuring no child in Bellevue has to experience hunger or homelessness.

“Avenue Bellevue supports Bellevue kids because they are the future. Bellevue LifeSpring ensures local children have their basics needs met so that every child in our community has the chance to thrive,” shared Andy Lakha.

In the past, Avenue Bellevue has supported Bellevue LifeSpring’s annual event Uncork the Night: A Celebration of Wine and Giving. Knowing that the pandemic has been devastating for Bellevue families in need, they increased their investment this year. Joining forces with corporations like Avenue Bellevue and harnessing our strengths for the greater good has proven successful in creating positive change. Thanks to Avenue Bellevue’s generous investments, we are one step closer to ensuring we do not have to turn away any child and family in need of assistance.

We are grateful for the leadership of Avenue Bellevue and their commitment to Bellevue kids. Their bold investment goes immediately to providing nutritional support and eviction prevention for local families living in poverty. Together, we are building a stronger Bellevue.

When we give where we live, we all benefit. See how you can join Avenue Bellevue in supporting local children here.
