Seared Mediterranean Salmon (Dairy Free & Gluten Free) | Tri-colored quinoa, sundried tomato pesto, crispy chickpeas, kalamata olives, lemon gremolata, white wine poached asparagus, basil oil 

Vegetarian Option: 

Please note: The vegetarian meal must be pre-requested in advance of the luncheon.
