Youth Council

The Bellevue LifeSpring Youth Council is a volunteer group made up of local high school students. Youth Council members come together to volunteer their time and organize events and initiatives that help prevent hunger and homelessness for their peers.

Are you a High School student interested in giving back to your community and earning SSL hours? Learn how to join below!

The Youth Council has organized several events to support Bellevue children and families.

They host an annual 5K Fun Run each summer, raising funds to fight hunger.

In the past, they have hosted a Winter Ball, a drive-in movie night, a coin collection, a snack pack build, and a clothing drive — all in support of local children and families in need.

Youth Council Members meet on a regular cadence.

Circle Chairs: Ava Chen, Avanya Kohli, and Cole Sevier

The Youth Council is always recruiting new members. If you are a high school student or you know a high school student here in Bellevue who may be interested in joining, email blsyouthcouncil@gmail.com for more information.

“The Youth Council is a great opportunity to meet other students within the Bellevue community.”
