Building a Better Bellevue Together

Lochwood-Lozier Custom Homes, Remodeling, and Landscaping, the creator behind the stunning 2021 Northwest Idea House, recently invested $20,000 to prevent hunger and homelessness for Bellevue students!

The 2021 Northwest Idea House, located in Woodinville, is a stunning and sustainable home with cutting-edge technology and smart design ideas. Lochwood-Lozier named Bellevue LifeSpring as the beneficiary of proceeds from ticket sales to tour the exclusive home.

“Lochwood-Lozier is honored to support Bellevue LifeSpring. As a third-generation Bellevue family and custom home builder, it feels good to give back to the community that has supported us for so many years,” shared Todd Lozier, President of Lochwood-Lozier Custom Homes.

“The need in Bellevue is greater than ever with affordability and unprecedented population growth. We support Bellevue LifeSpring’s mission and encourage others to do the same. We hope our Idea House project has brought more awareness and exposure for the Bellevue children and families in need.”

Bellevue LifeSpring Board member Julie Cheng Bui and her husband Tom Bui stepped up in a creative partnership with Lochwood-Lozier and matched the donation with their own commitment of $20,000. Together this brought the total amount invested in the wellbeing of Bellevue children to an incredible $40,000.

“We feel so fortunate to live in such a vibrant, thriving community, and we believe it’s really important to invest in where we live by supporting those who need it most,” shared Julie. “As parents ourselves, we’re especially passionate about Bellevue LifeSpring’s children-centered mission.”

“When the pandemic hit, I witnessed Bellevue LifeSpring’s agility and flexibility in re-prioritizing programs to meet the greatest emerging needs of our community,” said Julie. “This demonstrated commitment to our community, along with continued efforts to serve local children as equitably as possible, is why we continue to support Bellevue LifeSpring wholeheartedly.”

Creative community partnerships like this effectively create lasting change here in Bellevue. We know that eliminating poverty for Bellevue children is achievable with dedicated community partners and Bellevue neighbors by our side. When we give where we live, we all benefit.
