Could you be saving money on your utility bill? If you pay your utility bill directly to the City of Bellevue, you may qualify for a discount, especially if you or someone in your household is 62+ or has a permanent disability. Don’t meet those criteria? You may still qualify for an annual tax rebate based on your income. Join us and learn how to apply during this workshop. Please note: There are documents needed to help with the application process. They are listed in the note below.

Register todayPlease note: Documents Needed for Bill Assistance Short-Term Assistance Programs
Income-qualified community members who receive their water bills from the City of Bellevue can apply for short-term programs to receive assistance with up to three water bills.
Income-qualified seniors (62 years and older) or those who have a permanent disability and receive benefits from a government program and pay a utility(water) bill directly to the City of Bellevue, you can get a discount of 70% off the basic costs of the 2026 water, wastewater, and drainage services by application.
Required Docs (Please bring these documents to the workshop):
- A valid photo identification document (ID) for each member of the household
- Proof of income for each member of the household for the previous year (2025)
- If permanently disabled, proof of disability income (ex, DSHS or Social Security)
