Your Consent: By providing your mobile phone number during enrollment, you consent to receive text messages from Bellevue Lifespring related to the programs and services you are participating in. Message frequency will vary based on your program involvement.

Opting Out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. To opt back in, reply START.

No Third-Party Sharing: Your mobile phone number and consent to receive texts will not be sold, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
