Unique Experiences Preview
Check out the special preview of the unique experiences available at the event on Friday, February 6, 2026.
Unique Experience #1: The Emerald Forest Treehouse
Tucked away on 30 lush evergreen acres just ten minutes from Redmond, this magical retreat was crafted by Pete Nelson in 2017 and featured on Treehouse Masters.
Access the Treehouse via a 55-foot suspended bridge that winds through the trees. Inside, the warmly lit interior features rich wood finishes and soaring windows that frame the forest canopy. Step outside to the expansive deck or the crow’s nest—40 feet up—for panoramic views of the private nature preserve and pond, home to beavers, blue herons, deer, and a chorus of frogs.
The Treehouse includes a private hot tub, a queen bed, a reclining couch, and twin bunk beds in the loft (accessible by ladder). Amenities include an outdoor hot shower, a private half bath, Wi-Fi, a 100-inch screen with a projector, a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker.
Across the pond lies The Emerald Forest – often called “the most beautiful suburban forest on the planet” – and The Emerald Forest Theater in the trees, built during another Treehouse Masters episode in 2018. Guests are welcome to explore this extraordinary setting and enjoy a private demonstration of the theater.
It’s not for auction, and it’s not for purchase, but you CAN win it!

A private Spanish Fiesta in Medina on Saturday, August 8, 2026
Maximum 80 guests, $250 per person
Get ready to say ¡Olé! to an unforgettable evening of flavor, flair, and festivity! Step into the warmth of Spain for a Private Paella Party hosted at the stunning Medina home of Randi and Joseph Brazen, owners of Central Bar + Restaurant and 520 Bar & Grill.
Renowned chef Antonio Sanchez, trained by Spain’s master paella makers, will transform the art of cooking into a live performance. Watch as he builds layers of authentic Spanish flavor in an enormous open-air paella pan—using the finest ingredients: premium Spanish rice, Northwest seafood, crab, lobster, Iberian sausage, garden-fresh vegetables, and a whisper of the world’s most luxurious spice—saffron.
As the aromas fill the air, guests will mingle and indulge in Spanish hors d’oeuvres, sip refreshing sangria, craft margaritas, and a signature cocktail, and toast with select wines from Lachini Vineyards, and Valdemar Estates.
When the paella is served, the celebration truly begins—music, laughter, and dancing under the stars complete this magical evening. A vibrant fusion of community, cuisine, and culture, this is a night you’ll savor long after the last bite.
