Some moments remind our community just how powerful it can be. The One Circle’s annual One Heart/One Community Party with a Purpose is one of those moments. Laughter, generosity, and heartfelt connections filled the evening as neighbors, philanthropists, and local businesses joined forces to raise an incredible $380,009 to fight hunger for Bellevue children.
One Circle is one of six Bellevue LifeSpring Membership Groups, where neighbors unite to volunteer, fundraise, and advocate for our mission to break the cycle of poverty for Bellevue children and provide them with the resources they need to reach stability.

A Night to Remember
Every detail of the evening was thoughtfully curated by One Heart members to inspire generosity and joy—from one-of-a-kind auction items to the highly anticipated dessert dash, where tables competed for sweet treats. The energy in the room was contagious as guests raised their paddles, engaged in heartfelt conversations, and demonstrated their commitment to giving.
“Walking into the party immediately brought a smile! Seeing how caring, loving, and supportive the guests were throughout the evening was truly heartwarming,” shared One Circle Member Susie Goldman.

A Legacy of Neighbors Helping Neighbors
For more than 112 years, Bellevue LifeSpring has been rooted in the belief that neighbors helping neighbors can change lives. Founded in 1911 by a group of trailblazing women in Hunts Point, our organization has remained a pillar of support for Bellevue families. As our community has grown, so has our commitment to ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.
“One of the biggest highlights of this event was witnessing the incredible dedication of the women behind One Circle, who devoted countless hours to ensuring a successful evening. Witnessing our guests celebrate and genuinely support our cause was truly meaningful,” shared One Circle Member Gardenia Banks. “I hope the impact of One Heart/One Community and the unconditional love behind it extends far beyond this moment and creates a ripple effect throughout Bellevue. No child in our community should go to bed hungry, and we are committed to ensuring they don’t.”
One Heart/One Community would not have been possible without the leadership of One Circle Co-Chairs Randi Brazen, Liz Hale, Annemarie Marcus, and Trish Carpenter, whose dedication played a key role in its success. Special thanks to One Heart/One Community Legacy Partner Viome for its continued support and generosity.

“A community is only as strong and vibrant as the people who make it up. When families and children are supported, the entire community thrives, leading to a happier, healthier, and more prosperous environment for everyone,” said Gardenia.
We couldn’t agree more. Thank you to our One Circle Members and the One Heart/One Community guests for your generosity and impact. Your kindness makes a tangible difference in preventing hunger for the kids in our community who need it most.
