Registration is now open for the 2026 Clothes-4-Kids™ program.
The Bellevue LifeSpring Clothes-4-Kids program provides eligible families with a $150 gift card per child to shop at Old Navy for new back-to-school clothing.
Our goal is to help Bellevue students feel confident and ready to learn on the first day of school and throughout the year.
Spots are limited. Register early to secure your child’s gift card.
How it works:
STEP ONE: Are you eligible?
If you meet the requirements listed below, you may be eligible for a Clothes-4-Kids gift card.
- You live within the Bellevue School District (BSD) boundaries, or your children are enrolled in a BSD school (grades K–12).
- You meet the income eligibility requirements based on your household size.
- You are willing to complete a short set of household demographic questions.
STEP TWO: Choose the type of gift card you would like below, then use the blue buttons to make an appointment. If you need help scheduling an appointment, please call 425-451-1175 or email [email protected].
OPTION ONE: Receive a digital Old Navy gift card by email in July.
- Click the button below and select a date and time in July to receive your gift card.
- After you register for a date and time, we will call you to verify information. You must answer a follow-up phone call to receive the gift card.
OPTION TWO: Pick up a physical Old Navy gift card in person in August at the Bellevue Family Hub at Sherwood Forest Elementary School.
